INIS-301 Dublin Ale


Originally isolated from a famous brewery in Dublin, Ireland, this strain is great for fermenting dry beer with very little fruitiness at a low temperature. If fermented above 66F, you’ll get an increase in esters. INIS-301 is an excellent choice for Porters, Stouts, and Irish Reds.
