INIS-227 Flemish Fiend Ale
Displays many of the “typical” Belgian yeast characteristics (think orange peel, bready, coriander, etc). But this strain also has unique notes of clove, ginger, hay, and a backbone of minerality that’s usually more typical to Saison strains. Isolated from one of our favorite breweries in West Flanders, Belgium, it has low attenuation and leaves some body and noticeable sweetness on the palate.
